We harvest on site. Includes killing , skinning, and organ removal. Cut into quarters and are hung for 2 days in our refridgerated trailer. (stays on your property)
Processing
This includes processing into specific cuts of meat and "stew" meat.
Grinds
Grinds are processed on site and packaged for your convenance.
Disposal
Removal of anything left over from the processing.
