We harvest on site. Includes killing , skinning, and organ removal. Cut into quarters and are hung for 4 hours before processing (stays on your property)

This includes processing into specific cuts of meat and "stew" meat and sausage.
Grinds
Grinds are processed on site and packaged for your convenance.
Disposal
Removal of anything left over from the processing.
